Hello I got this msg, and was wondering if I really had to move to Plymouth? and how do I do that? I am new.

I won't comment on that message you received. However, to make a new character on Plymouth do the command
":lo" to log out. Then make a new character. Then when you board the ship select Plymouth.

This will work out for the best in my opinion because Plymouth is the oldest server with the most history and developer interaction.

It's just "someone" trolling Jamestown players. Ignore the message, sounds like another server is getting desperate for new slaves...

I wouldn't be so sure. I mean it COULD be somebody trolling. But developers have posted system messages before. I personally dont' ignore things that say System Message. Perhaps if you provide a screenshot the forum veterans could help determine if what you are seeing is real or not. There has been a lot of debate in other areas of the forums recently about if Jamestown is being shut down and if so when but you would be the first person to provide proof if you had it.

I'm just curious how you were able to send out the mass message... care to elaborate on how this may or may not have been done? Pretty entertaining none the less.

I will neither confirm nor deny whether or not a message of some sorts was or was not sent or received. I will not confirm neither to who or whom not the message may or may not have been sent to or from for that matter.

It's chief in Jamestown. He's private messaging each person as they arrive in Jamestown. Apparently he's killed everyone on Plymouth so he needs fresh meat.

Loftar has stated that Jamestown is not being shutdown.

System messages pop up in their own windows, not in chat.
