I need Phlegm help!

Postby belibutn » Sun Sep 02, 2012 2:39 am

What is there that is newbie food/forage that I can use in gluttony to raise my phlegm? I'm still at 5, and I cant cook or anything really... mainly forage. What should I be aiming for that I can get a bag of to raise it up so I can at least cut down a tree?

He said newbie. Great choice, but that's a good ways up the skill chart. It's definitely something worth working towards quickly, though, as phlegm is a hard one to get up early.

There's a fish or two when filleted and roasted that makes decent early phlegm and one or two fish recipes that have a decent boost to it--fish on a rock I believe it is. I'd have to double check the wiki for it.

Sizzled slugs and Milkweed are your best bet. But if you collect hay you maybe able to trade it for other higher phlegm foods from other players
