Claim over claim

Postby Vortun » Sat Sep 01, 2012 2:16 pm

Hey
I want to ask if I make my claim over somebody claim will his claim belong to me?

Also what happens when he declaim?
Pic: Image
Green = my claim
Red = somebody claim
Blue = extension of green area
Will the Blue area will fully belong to me when the Red area will be declaimed?

It's not possible to expand a claim over someone elses claim.

The only kind of claim that can overlap personal claims is a Village Claim, but those are not allowed to overlap each other either.

It's first come first serve really.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

Not only all the above, but if you do attempt to do so, you won't get any land when extending to the east as all squares extended have to be clear of any other claims of the same type or none of the squares get claimed.

Just to note if you don't know already: attempting to purchase land already claimed not only causes it to fail, you lose any silver, too.
