im dead in someones territory as a criminal apprently and my body will not respawn. it says i need to get distance from this spot to remove my crimnal status but im dead and cant move. please help

If you're knocked out on someone's claim, you either have to wait to be:

1. killed
2. sent home by the owner
3. sent home automatically

how long do i have to wait?

To be sent back by the game, you have to wait 24 hours, if I recall correctly.

It's not crap, really. You just shouldn't commit criminal acts, if you don't want to risk having to wait.

well its not like i knew that was going to happen. there should be away to reduce the time thats seems a bit much

You have to turn on "criminal acts" in the menu before you can enter someone's land. You may yet get away with your life, since there are a lot of active claims with inactive owners.

If you're even luckier, the claim is owned by Big Momma, and she will rub a dub a rubberduck
