bought one a couple days ago and still have yet to recive it even tho they took my money...........

played for a month and i really like the game and wanted to support them but this is kinda out of hand here!

help me! help you!

Have you tried sending a PM to either Jorb or Loftar or BjornB (Paradox contact on these forums)? Sometimes it can take a while for the package to arrive. However, if it's been a few days, you might want to send a PM, instead of making more than one topic with this in the forums, since that way the people who can actually look into it are more likely to notice it in a timely fashion.

Your best bet is to contact those three to get your issue resolved. I bought a hat box a while ago they took the money out and sent a paradox receipt but never got a seatribe receipt contacted paradox via email about it to get it fixed 2 weeks later got a half assed response that's its on the guy next to the bank... and closed ticket(appealed it and still waiting). Also if they stuff you around appeal it with the bank or whoever you used and don't let the matter sit for too long.

ugh plz dont tell me thats i would hate to go through all the bs with paypal just to get my money back, but if i have to ill just tell my bank about it and they will fix it i guess.

but this is really bad for them, if they cant help me out how do u think i will fill about buying other packs...

From my observations it seems the last few weeks/maybe 2 months something has been going wrong. I've bought over 10 hats packs an adventure and a red coat pack, but after not receiving my last hat box I don't feel like spending again in the store. The Delivery used to be practically instant so no idea what's going on with the servers on their end.

Have the same issue myself. Bought a Mystery Pack on the 18th of may and paid by Paypal. Money was taken, didn't recieve a confirmation from Paradox tho. I mailed Paradox support and have not recieved a reply (except for the automated reply) so far. I opened a dispute at Paypal as well, they haven't replied there either. Being stubborn and thinking it was a fluke I tried ordering another Mystery Pack last friday, same issue.

Now that I see it confirmed by another player I'm assuming the ingame shop is BROKEN, and Paradox doesn't give a f*ck since they don't even bother replying to either email or Paypal disputes!

Also may I suggest changing the topic title to "Ingame Store BUGGED", maybe this will get either Jorb or Loftar to contact Paradox to fix this issue. Cause they are not replying to customers or paypal disputes (hopefully they will respond to claims, which I just changed one of my disputes to). Anyone had a succesfull purchase the last two weeks by the way?

I have. Over 10 days ago, so far no reply. I did mention that in my post by the way. Just got an email from Paypal that they justified my claim and gave me my money back. I do hope they get this fixed, I want to support Salem.
