How accurate is it? I want to say I watched that live stream and I remember them talking about a recipe that involved using something caught while fishing, but I thought that had to do with one of the masks?

Also is there currently anything craft-able that can be put in the armor slot?

not very, I believe its referring to the mask not the halberd.
