Hello I wonder if some one is able to help me I was walking around and some how my game glitched and I got onto some ones land and then it knocked me out and I cant do anything is there away to fix this ? I cant travel back to my homested as I have stuff in my bag but I cant drop it as im knocked out with full HP

What exactly is this glitch you mentioned?
In your desciption I see no glitch - you turned criminal acts on, entered someone's claim, got criminal debuff, your biles were drained and you knocked out.
When you get knocked out on someone's claim while doing criminal stuff you will stay there for 24h and then respawn in your homestead. Unless claim owner comes before that and murders you or sends you back home

I didn't turn anything on I was just walking around and next thing I was on floor I didn't even know u could go on some ones land I only started playing yesterday

You need to toggle criminal acts in order to trespass, it's highly unlikely it's was a 'glitch'.
Make a new character.
