Hello.
At me on an account the character was gone.
I didn't delete it and that occurred I can't understand. Whether there is a technical support where it is possible to ask for the help?

It died.
When a character is dead it no longer appears on your character select screen.
You were probably summon killed

Also theres no option to delete a character, is it?
