I used to be able to raise my YB several times with one oven of Berry pies.

Today I harvested my fields and had extra time so I made a batch of berry pies. After eating all 9 not one Bile increased. I understand that the new purity is supposed to slow down gains, but my biles are all around 38.

Anyone find something that will raise yellow now?

Make some mushroom pies with the highest tier flour you have + lavender blewits.

Aztec with deer or beaver are also great for YB, as are Shroom stuffed bellpeppers with lavender blewits.

This was considered the best advice. Though the sub-context is that you are a "stupid noob," those who expressed support for this "best advice" are really smart, so I have no choice but to propagate this tremendously helpful comment.

Thanks, it looks like i'll need to make several more containers to hold all this, although Aztec may be a bit rough to get.

you can try eating meat pies until you get yellow bile event then eat mushroom pies/shrooms on a stick but i mostly stick with mushroom pies since my humours dont have huge gaps most of the time

Right when I get into pies, food gets nurfed once again....

YB is the only thing holding me back, there is next to nothing that raises it reliably and without equal or greater blood as well(because I just end up increasing my blood with those foods).

Wortbaked Wartbite - that should bring you reliably in the fifties. From then barley cakes.

Do you even play this game? Food with even one tier2 element is way better than it used to be. It was a huge buff.
Mushroom pies with blue mushroom and Aztec with deer. This if do not have barley for cakes or green cabbage for crumbs.
