so i've decided i want to send my lime alt out searching for lime with nice purity. how much mines and mountains will she need to find lime at least 6% please?

The lime spots are random and in my knowlegde it takes some time to find a 6% lime spot.

However i don't get your point, what do you mean with how much mines and mountains ?

The character just needs the quarrying skill and the m&m level won't affect the succeed change in finding a purity spot.

I think Tamasin is asking how the MM cap works for lime, just like HG works with finding foraged items. According to the relevant patch nots, MM caps quarried stone and foraged minerals, but I couldn't tell you if/how it applies to lime from a pit.

I have 49 and the best I've found is 7%. Then again, I haven't really looked hard, so I might be able to find even higher with that M&M.

Again with the purity percentages You people need to stop this, you're making me angry, and you wouldn't like me when i'm angry!! xD Just saying, the cap likely limits how high any one value can go, it can't really cap how high purity itself goes. Since you can have an 11% pure whatever with like .. 35/35/30/0 or with a main stat of 50 and the other elements uniformly distributed.

It's a decent approximation

Isnt lime considered a stone?
