I raised my red bar with cabbage leaves to level 27 the first day i started by buying silver from the in game store. It also said my other three bars were going up in level as well but all remain at 6. Ive spent over $600 us dollars to support the game and I would really like some help here. I am unable to raise the other three bars from 6 using what should be starter foods to allow them to go up. Please help. I cant do much with level 6 on three of my stats including effecting combat moves and building.

In order to increase your Phlegm, Yellow Bile & Black Bile you will have to reach a value of 27 or more in gluttony to increase the respective bile by one point. This is why it's usually recommend you increase your biles evenly.

I implore you to read this guide here on humours & gluttony so that you better understand the system and how it works.

It's not a bug, and what you were seeing was the fact that all of your biles require as much gluttoning as your highest bile. So if your blood is now at 27, you'll just need to glutton as if your other biles were at 27 as well. I suggest bear and beaver humble meat pies for black bile, perhaps something like domestic turkey cut + garlic bulb garlic spitroasts for phlegm, or something better if you can find it. As for yellow bile, some variation of aztec abbatoirs that is still viable for yb. Good luck getting your other biles up to snuff o/

Here's a simplified example to illustrate the importance of balanced gluttony:

Best thing you can do is find some cabbage cakes for sale (they give a lot of blackbile), glutton those then learn the farming skills agriculture, cabbage and pumpkin planting, and start yourself a little farm. Workin on getting the neccesary skills for baking and making ovens, and then make pumpkin pies to even out your phlegm. After that you should be good to go, and you can look around for farmed or foraged foods that will give you the yellowbile you need to even out your stats.
