What do you mean with 100% foods?
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

Are there any decent foods that aren't pumpkin related for raising yellow bile? The only thing I'm finding are Lobster Mushrooms but those have high stats in Blood and Phlegm too. :?

a fish in the reeds is good and easy for yellow bile but its 50/50 black/yellow bile

In the end I got my phlegm up with sizzled slugs and fish in the reeds. (still don't have flowers and berries to use wild salads)
