i know purity system has changed. How to increase purity of items for new system? How to work alchemy equipmant?

For any info on the alchemy equipment, you'd best read the appropriate patch topics and their comments. When it comes to raising purity, it would help to know the things you want to raise the purity of.

Because the Wiki isn't being updated that much, or not on everything anyway.

I tried updating some of the pages with the purity updates like worms, garden pots but then got to the farming/agriculture page and slowly walked away

Focus your energy on other things. Alchemy equipment in its current state is broken and a waste of time.

Work on tiering up your fields to get:

T3 Cotton (very important)
T3 Pumpkins (slightly important)

As well as expanding your mine and having a large iron bar production facility (5+ smelters).

Can you tell why cotton Tier 3 is so important?

I am guessing for making good clothes (admiral's coat etc).
