How long does it takes mushroom to detox in pot?

as the title said it all........
doesn't seems like there is a meter next to mushroom?
anyone done the detox with copper pot yet?

I'm actually having this problem right now. I thought it was to simply get the fireplace hot, then put the copper pot over it and load it with the mushrooms, but I'm not seeing a meter either and the pic of the mushroom's isn't changing so there is no way to know for sure.

The texture doesn't change, but there is a progress bar when done right. The way that works for me is:
1. Light fire
2. Put pot above fire and wait for smoke animation coming from water inside it
3. Put mushrooms in
I stated earlier the boiling time is certainly less than 30 minutes, but after boiling some more today, I think it's closer to 15 minutes.

Does it HAVE to be a freshly lit fire?
I had a fireplace lit and 100% hot. Then I setup the pot and left on a journey that took about an hour to pick up stuff. When I came back, I didn't see any animation. I attempted to load the witch hat's anyway and when tested I got poisoned. What am I missing besides the animation?

I guess I missed the part when it said "boil" the shroom...
so i put the mushroom in before the "water is boiled"
Heck, I even tried putting water in the pot........

Did as suggested, shrooms still didn't boil so I think you need a freshly lit fire. It's rather frustrating.

Okay, so I've done the 30 minute wait when the fire was 100% hot and now I've done it when from a fresh fire. I set the pot up at 0 heat and now it is at 60 and still no no boiling animation. What is the best way to go about reporting this possible bug?
