Building a Loom. Glitched?

Postby rahl005 » Tue Aug 28, 2012 3:39 am

So I am using the most up to date enders client. And for some reason it wont let me place a loom anywhere. I've tried inside a farm house, outside on perfectly flat land. And It continues to tell me "You cant place that there".

i havnt been able to place a loom inside but i did manage to place it outside on a flat surface
yea who needs "secure" trading, its not like this game would benefit from it, lets just kill the newbs instead as long as that's fun and people still join the game.

OP, did you make sure the surface was flat enough?
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

Yes according to enders client tool it is perfectly flat. Did they recently change what was need to make one now? I'm still able to choose it form my build menu but no matter where I try to build it, it doesn't work :?

Maybe it works if you Place the loom on a paved area (stone tiles) , or you are out of food?

Make you build it away from anything else if you are having trouble, you might be clipping with a near by object. Looms are actually liftable so its not a big deal to build somewhere else, you can simply move it afterwards
