As far as I understand, to let someone use a key, I have to click that person first. How this be done with alts (other then getting poisoned, KOed, then logging on with other character and clicking the body before it gets despawned)?

Or am I missing something?

either ask a friend to do it, or you need to have your alt on another account and run double clients.
alt usage is not an intended game-play, so attuning a key to your alt char is not supported.

It's hard to have a friend or another account while it is still being in closed beta.

I give key .. friend... he cant use key and open door ? why ? must have locksmiting ?

you have to attune the key to your friend's char.

OK. how can i give key alt-character my account ?

if your char goes gets crime/combat debuff it doesnt log out of the world, you can then log onto other character and attune key on your alt. ie 2 alts on same account.

discovered this by accident, quite handy.
