My Biles are all messed up Pls Hlp

Hello all,

I recently read the wiki and learned a lot of things i wasn't aware of before today. Particularly about Gluttony. When I first started I wasn't sure how it worked, so I was eating massive amounts of random food. Now my stats are 16B, 5P, 6YP, and 14BB. Ive only been playing 2 days now, but i have a settlement and can make a bunch of different foods. Ive tried a few things, but the B and BB keep getting worse.

Could anyone give me some ideas on how to fix this? I really need to get these balanced out before it gets much worse.

Turkey cuts, rabbit cuts, lean rabbit (cooked), wild salad for phlegm

Shrooms on a Stick, fish in the reeds (YB and BB)
lavender bluets, autumn delight (YB and Blood)

Make sure to eat at least one from eat set when raising yellow bile (like Shrooms on a stick + Lavender Bluet, Not Shrooms on a stick + fish in the reeds)

If you got a meat smoker then mass produce wortbaked wartbite for yellow bile :3

Not yet, but that looks alot easier. Are they hard to make?

Not worth making in my opinion. They require oakworth, devilwort, 3 grass and a cricket. Per fep produced, I think you get less per hour spent making wortbaked warbites than you do the recipes I suggested.

one smart way to focus on YB is to do shrooms on a stick and mix em with lavender blewits so u dont upgrade BB or Blood accidentally

I dunno, I where (until I got killed) able to farm both oakworth and devilworth pretty fast though, but I had all foraging skills (Botany etc.) except slug hunting at the time so it's possible it's harder without that. And crickets is such a fast and easy kill that I use them for basically everything - study, food (restoration & gluttony) and earning silver. I like wortbake wartbites because they requires less quantities for the same result so is easier to get your head around.

However, considering his YB is only 6 he probably won't be able to hunt crickets that easily atm, but once he is past the 10+ mark I figured it might be good for him to know about any alternatives. :3 But yeah, in the end it's a matter of preference, just wanted to suggest the way I found simplest. :3

Anyway, for those with access to a stove, and are unconcerned whether they level up Pleghm or Yellow Bile could try Simple Sunday Steak too:
