Dross -> Crop purity (very crucial actually)
Iron -> Lover's Locket purity
Only uses so far, item stats have been promised. I assume at that point purity of metal for weapons will matter.

It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

Should not be the case, in my opinion. Purity of items made with nails could improve their quality/hp/resistance to curses/etc.
