Yellow Bile drops rapidly

My stats are all 5.0 across the board except for Yellow Bile which is 0.2/0.2/5.0. No matter how much I eat or what I eat, I can't get Yellow Bile to go up.
What can I do to fix this?

There are no symbols next to the lightning bolt in the circle,so I assume foraging is off.
Sugar caps and Blewits didn't work

where are you? did you travel too far out and walk into the darkness? (should have had a popup tutorial message thing if you had, but it only turns up the first time.)

That's interesting, as there are snakes all around the past two days, so that's entirely possible. How would I go about telling if it is a snake bite?

Snake bites drain phlegm, and there's a "poisoned" symbol in the top left when it happens. It guaranteed Ko's you after 5 minutes though.
Honestly, bug or witch's curse are the most likely explanations at this point.
