Not sure if its a bug or intended:
Declaiming an area gives absolutely NOTHING back. Not even the expasion silver. I wasn't expecting to get the writ back, but I was sort of expecting to see the silver back, if it followed the same trend as in H&H.
Is it a bug or intended?

I know if your claim gets dissolved by a village claim, you get half the cash back in the bank in boston. I don't know if it is the same way for declaiming it yourself or not, cuz I never tried it.

It's indended, although there should be a warning telling you this before you declaim.

Shame, I did buy the silver but to be honest it was only the 10$ package and some lucky Indian feathers have reimbursed me in full + more, so no big deal really. Allow my case to be a testament, I'll update the wiki with this info when I get home.
