Lost Password

My friend has lost her account password, it is giving her the message that there is no registered e-mail though.

Is there any way for her to recover it?

Unfortunately, registering an e-mail address is the prerequisite to recovering a password as it establishes that she is indeed the owner of the account. Best bet now is to PM TotalyMoo to try and work something out.

A better bet would be trying to contact Moo through Paradox's customer support email: support@paradoxplaza.com. He may not always get to a PM as quickly as the support email.
