how to raise max learn points

hey how do i raise the max learning points
all the learning thingies are on 5
and to advance with skills i need more room to put in exp 500 is max right now

Perhaps i misunderstood something but please help.

Read in game tutorial - it should help you.

You have to study inspirationals until you fill whole bar for a proficiency of your choice. It will turn green then. When you click while it's green this proficiency will increase by 1.
