can't see the deference between the numbers 0 and 8

- how can i change the numbers display that it will show the 8 and the 0 like it's should.
maybe i'm not clear: the number display r small, allso for 0 or 8 its shows dark long square, with no hole in it, so i can not see the structure of it.
how can i fix it?
