I keep getting this for a crave so I wiki the recipe and it says no skill required to make but I don't have the recipe, So, How do I make it?

You do need a skill, but no one has put it in the wiki. You probably need to be able to raise domestic animals to get that recipe. I recommend trying to trade with someone in Tradewinds who can get you one of those meals for full points. Or look on the stalls for any other domestic animal food. It will only get you one point, but you'll get a new craving. Or you can get into the Mason lounge to reset your craving to something new.
