I've got a 600 percent upkeep field. I've dumped humus on it until it won't let me anymore, and I have over 2000 junky cotton seeds in my inventory and it won't let me seed the field. Am I overlooking something or is this a bug?

You, unfortunately, have to be able to hold all the seeds you need in your hand. Put the seeds in a bag.

Or use cabbage seeds, they take 15 at 100% so just 90 at 600%,
or use potatoe chunks / wild tuber, as iirc they use 1 chunk/tuber no matter the %.
