I sipped a berry juice and went to darkness. Icon "doctor mask" was shown. This is protection from Disease (as wiki says). But when I got bit by a rat, disease icon appeared. What is wrong?

You cannot get diseased by people coughing next to you.
On the other hand if rat bites youll still get diseased. I believe it prevents 'long range' disease transmission while still enabling direct contact disease transmission.
Idk if this has sense to you

Icon description is "airborne disease immunity" - so problem is solved.
But rats are everywhere, it's too hard to not catch a disease
