When you pick up a boulder you can find bugs there. Question is: when are they generated? At the creation of the world? Do they respawn? Can I pick the same boulder twice to get bugs? I mean pick once and then pick again in a couple of days. Obviously I tried picking the same boulder over and over but that didn't really give me anything

Also:
When I place fish into the firepit it disappears after reaching 100%, what's up with that? Do I need ashes instead of a fire?

The bugs under boulders respawn but not very quickly I would say a week at least. Why are you putting fish in the fireplace?

So you said fireplace, but did you mean a pot? Copper pot or Clay pot? If so, examine the description of the pot's contents, I suspect Nikixos is right and it changed from water to fish broth.

As turkey blood, very similar to eating food to regain biles.

turkey blood gives blood insntantaneously. the food gives restore in time(not regen)
