Being re-worked. There were complaints that the random-ness of goats was not a 'fun' win condition. There was also plenty of server evidence that A) Exploration events are still too infrequent and I'm tired of adjusting them for the purpose of "Animal Seeding" on Concord. B) Very Few Witches in general.

As such, the Apocalypse Skill on Concord is being rebalanced and re-introduced this week.

Again I hate changing the rules on an active competition but it is another example of us trying to 'tweak' things to getting the competition in a place where we want it. Its fairly harmless in this case given that nobody currently has it on Concord.
