So i´ve managed to gain my first madness level, guess i should invest in a knife when doing alot of butchering/skinning.

So the question is, is there a hookah in Concord?
If not, i guess i´ll have to try and buy a teddy/tobacco from someone.. anyone willing to trade gotten either?

There is a Hookah on Concord. Perhaps a Mason could help you out where.

I could sell you a teddy bear, but it won't be cheap at this stage.

Think there are alcohol mechanic provided on that server to help players fight madness.
