At 18-20 humors I had a craving for Pumpkin seeds...
* I made the effort to finish the simple trade order tasks to get access to the IOU trade orders. After turning in the 10th order I was told I had to wait 12 hours for a trade order that grants IOU's.
* 2 hours later JC releases fix that grants 1 IOU after completing the 10th order. I got nothing from that "fix"
* Rather than complete the orders one of my other characters, I did other useful things on all of my characters.
* Eventually I got my first order and was able to fill it quickly. Got 2 IOU's and bought a necklace to gain access to Lodge.
* Used the Lodge as designed and was able to switch my craving to something I could fulfill easily.
* Next craving... CLOVER ROLLS
* Wait until 24 hour timer on craving reset to pass and repeat..
* Fulfill easily
* Next Craving... FRUIT
*** Holy ****, I figured out the grapes puzzle just prior to Nsu's spoiler alert...thank God!
* Eat grape and wait for next craving to sideline my cravings for 24 hours

edit to add: Lack of restore foods and long F&F timers is a ***** when you can't fulfill cravings. Not complaining though, I love the game

.. pumpkins at 20 humors is really hard and I was complaining receiving it at 80. But it still bothers me to think I could be with 120 to all humors right now

There is litteraly grapes growing in town that are very pickable. Also the real way to get them is already on the forums and it's not very hard, but you need to have an established base for it.
