I am sorry, it must have expired automatically. I do not have those files anymore. It would be very good if someone could pick up some optimization tile packages, including the newer biomes and trees since they were rather outdated.

For the tiles there are some picture tools which automatically resizes entire image maps to a specific sizes and I am sure there are many people that know how to use the layer utility.
