What would be the best foods to gluttony early game, specifically for black bile, but for the others as well?

Depends what you mean by early game, for some that can mean 1-50, for some 1-15 :)

But for really early game Witch's Hats are the best. I basically just gluttoned those until I had Colewort and Flour to bake me some http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Cabbage_Cakes

witchhats and crispy crickets = Black bile
sugar caps, lavender b, shroom on a stick = Yellow bile
roasted turkey, rabbit and wildsides = phlegm
cricket on a stick, berry on a straw = blood
