I found a wonderful spot of land I'd like to develope. flatten most of it. theres 2 mines on it, so I want to keep it.... however, there is a leanto in the area i want, and I want to remove it....

So my question is:

1) how long does it take for the leanto to unclaim?

or 2) how can I "deal" with it so its not in my way?

if its a leanto just claim over it with a pclaim and bash it if its a pclaim then you have to either bell it or hope its empty and bash it you should have atleast a 150bb ALT

its just a leanto. thank you. ill just claim over it. i didnt know that was a possible option.
