I have issues with ore smelter.

Will it affect the success rate when its under ground or above ground?

It seem to have only 1 ore (14:11) become bar out of every smelters...

I havent try it above ground yet, anyone know?

And its not possible to make 1 bar by putting only ores in the smelter.

Are these issues usual or just unlucky? Can anyone test it out? i dont have above ground smelter to test them out

Location makes no difference, you will always get about that ratio of bars to ore. The right balance of Ore and Lime will give you the best return on ore. You should be getting 1-2 bars using about 13 ore and the rest lime.
