Can't loggin to my Alt

I have several alts in one acc, 5 in total, i can access to all 4 of them but last alt i cant log in

what happened? should i delete one alt or its a bug/banned?

If it is a character from the expedition server known as Popham then that is why you can't login to that character as Popham is now a closed down server.
