hey im hoping someone can help me ive made an account and I have java installed but when I run the client nothing happens help anyone thx

Does literally nothing happen? Or is there a dialogue box that appears saying something about security issues?
Troubleshooting 101: be very specific about what is happening, tell us your operating system and computer specs, use the search function before posting anything because 9/10 times someone has had the same issue before.
