Besides the way the bonus points effect your total FnF per points gained, there is another math to it.
Without a set you get 1 point per 1 point you gain in a gluttony session.
At a bonus of 40 (400 feasting+productivity) you are at an average 2 points, a bonus of 100%, means you get twice as much as you spend in food to get it.
At around 67 your are at a value of 2.5 which means 150% bonus.
at 100 you are at a bonus of exactly 3, so a bonus of 200%.
From there on, any additional point gets you a tiny bit further to 4, whereas you'd never reach it, a set of 150 would give you ~3.33 so the gain is tiny in terms of food efficiency.
Also, such a high set would only be reallly beneficial to get up smaller chars, up to maybe max 800 humors, any more will be difficult to get in one session without expensive food, or animal food.
