Humours are not refilling

so im not sure what happened as im new to the game but i have eaten and have the bar showing how much my humours are supposed to be filling to but none of them ever regen im stuck with no humours but blood and idk what to do

Are you freezing? There will be a hypothermia debuff icon in the top left if you are. I'm mobile right now so can't write a big explanation but there are tons of threads here that discuss hypothermia and how to get rid of it.

omg thank you i didnt realize that hypothermia was causing it because my brother is playing a new char without clothes yet to so he has hypo and was still regening

It will halt regeneration once you get past a certain point. No problem.
