Hello, new to this. I'm not quite understanding this biles, and stats thing. when you go to studies, you bring up a stat bar and press "+" to bring it up in order to buy skills. however , as the "biles" you eat food to bring up as in fighting and blood in health and energy, but when you bring up the stats. does it do anything at all? say cloaks and daggers. bringing that up does it help with fighting? those stats i dont really understand, cause i came from haven and hearth, bringing up stats you get more advanced in either fighting and foraging, please help explaining this? i couldnt find in wiki, im trying to learn the game more before going complete into it. thank you!

The "Stats" are called proficiencies. They have varying effects. It's likely that not all effects are documented.
