I have some questions as we prepare for exp #2.

How does it work at launch? Does everyone start on that server with fresh characters?

You can make as many characters as you want?

It is basically a new server with slightly modified rule set?

Estimated release dates discussed for new expedition?

Yes, but you will probably inherit or transfer some stuff from it after it will be "won".
No official date. But I think it may be this summer. Though I don't like that, I'd prefer it to be closer to winter.
