(the scarecrow is to the upper right)

How much does a scarecrow cover exactly, which one of these examples will not work (the selected area is where the tilled field should be placed).

This is pretty weird since i`ve never seen any crows on my fields for last year or so. I see them in the forest but never on pclaim.
Do they still act in the darkness?

It's interesting that the outer ones still get affected. Thanks!

i have my fields in a 8x8 set-up with the scarecrows in the exact center - I've never ever had any crows affect them with this set-up. So it's weird that Jenny did...
That said, if crows follow typical implementations it would be sufficient for the scarecrows to cover the center of the field. They might not, though.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

It has happened 3 or 4 times within 5 months so very rarely, but happens anyway.

Aya, it's very rare. I've seen them on the corners of a few of my fields that aren't completely covered by the scarecrows area.
