openvpn.
I have the same problem. I also found the later.txt file missing.
Search openvpn software, and openvpn tunnel. it works slow, but it works.
If anyone knows a better one that works faster, please do tell. I also need one...

have asked my isp about this a couple of times until they got sick of me, and they said they ran the tests to 148.251.44.214 and they said they do not block anything.
Could you please tell me what to ask from them?

I know how that goes... its not the IP blocker, appparently we cant cross multiple gateways and connect to a server without VPN.

I was quite happy with
https://airvpn.org/ for its ease of use, but I used it only for a couple of days while on a holiday.
