I hadn't actually looked at this thread, but it is a bit old, isn't it? I'm going to put a time limit on its sticky so it will drop in about a week. If anyone before then wants to remake this thread by copy pasting the accurate bits to a new thread and redoing the parts that are out of date, please do, and I will give it a sticky instead.
