EXACTLY how much does "A Formal Education" and/or "Aristotelian Logic" increase your learning speed?

Not very much. Level up your blackbile, and keep it as high as you can while you are studying to study faster.

I beg to differ. When you have higher BB (so BB % left doesn't influence the learning speed as much), you notice very significant differences in training speed. But early on, you're right. BB amount is more important.
