So I have BP which is the listed requirement for Fast Moves on the wiki, but it's not available for me. What else do you need for it? It's kind of hard to murder deer without bullrush since they made stomp useless.

You need The Rights of Englishmen to unlock it.

Stomp is not useless, you just don't know how to use it.
