Rumors of map wipe..

I been hearing rumors of a map wipe going around, but not characters? Anyone know if this is true or not.. Enquirering minds want to know... I haven't found anything obvious yet about this on the forum..

thanks.. I think they said last they don't want to unless for some reason they have to because of the code or whatever..

Unless I hear or see a quote from jorb or loftar about this, I wouldn't worry. It might have been spawned by someone thinking about multi server implementation. Far as I know that's not going to cause a wipe because they've been prepared for it for a while.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
