yes. you can cook everything in a cauldron as far as im aware, however keeping it full of water and fuel for the longer items (hoof / tenderboiled) can become problematic/tedious task.

No, the items I mentioned that you can't boil in my earlier post like deer hoofs, tea, and bark, can't even be put inside it.

However, all regular food recipes that require to be boiled can be used in a cauldron.
