funny how meow answered some things, yet completely ignored the question of when a townbell can be destroyed.
(I asked that question clearly, more than once, back on 5th august already... what a coincidence!)

Sorry I'm not all-knowing? I don't always answer every question if I'm not completely sure of the answer. If I had answered, I probably would have been wrong; I didn't know about Manage Claims giving bell/authority object destruction perms until recently. I haven't done much with bells since almost all my game time was as a hermit.
