pClaim, tClaim, access, rights, defense - questions

First question: If you have a pClaim inside the town, and group with someone that is no town member, do they then have the rights to do waste on the part of the town that is covered by your pClaim? (...like bashing the towns walls without causing crime and without waste claim if they are covered by your pClaim?)

Yes. A Pclaim in a town claim acts like the town claim isn't there. If you have permissions on the Pclaim, you can do anything those permissions allow you to do and don't need to be a member of the town at all.

When can a townbell be destroyed by non-town-members? Only if a waste claim is up AND the bell is out of authority, or is the requirement different?

2.)
When can a non-town-member take over the town (make himself mayor)? Only if the bell is out of authority AND the town has no current mayor?

Not exactly. Doing crimes on a pclaim within the vclaim will activate vclaim's defenses, even if you are town's citizen. Not related to the original question though

That is slightly misleading, to correct this:
- any crime (that triggers defense in general) will trigger any defense in range
- pclaim overrides vclaim, if the pclaim enables you to do stuff without it being a crime, no defense triggers

Yes, no members and no mayor, so what the wiki states is still correct then?


That makes the only question left as to when it is possible for a non-town-member to destroy the bell, this requires waste claim + bell out of authority, right?

you can't have pclaims next to each other, there needs to be a small gap in between.

Have this been confirmed, and if yes, how much tiles are needed between two claims?
