Salem

First of all, I just began playing and my question might be noobish. I turned on criminal acts and entered a property. And now I'm unconscious due to black bile. (I guess) I can't log out, no one will kill me here anytime soon, I can't return to my leanto. What am I supposed to do?

And I would like to know if there's a town with lots of people or it's like Haven & Hearth, where the world is just a big sandbox with no NPC town. (If there is, how do I get there?)

Stuck for 24 hours or until someone kills you or sends you home, also theres a main town which isnt 100% safe if you own a leanto just port next to it and after the cast time is done you should be in town

24 actual hours? or 24/3 = 8 hours. (Is that the time scale in Salem?) And what will happen then, I'll appear next to my leanto?

This game uses real time not game time so 24 real life hours, unless you are murdered or sent home before that time is up and yes, next to your leanto.

24 real hours. If the server cashes, they send you home or the 24 ours is up then you will be sent to your leanto.

Also try not to commit crimes without tea in the future as you can't regen with food, with crimes.
